Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Truth or Dare for Couples & Friends mobile application ("App") developed and operated by OHIN Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.
• If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• The App contains content categories (such as "Spicy") that may include mature romantic or suggestive themes. Users are responsible for selecting appropriate content categories.
• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the above age requirements.

2. Description of the App

Truth or Dare for Couples & Friends is a free-to-play social party game that allows users to:

• Play "Truth or Dare" in offline mode (local, on-device) with friends
• Play "Truth or Dare" in online multiplayer mode through temporary game rooms
• Communicate with other players via an in-game text chat during online multiplayer sessions

3. User Conduct & Chat Rules

When using the App, including the in-game chat feature, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Share or solicit sexual content involving minors in any form
• Send sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Share personal information of other people without their consent (doxxing)
• Send spam, repetitive messages, or commercial solicitations
• Impersonate other users, moderators, or developers
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful URLs
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App or its server
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activities
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently restrict access to online features for users who violate these rules.

4. Reporting & Blocking

• The App provides mechanisms to block other users (their messages will be hidden from your view for the session)
• The App provides mechanisms to report game rooms or users exhibiting abusive behavior
• Reports are logged and reviewed. We reserve the right to take action based on reports, including terminating access for offending users
• We encourage all users to report violations to help maintain a safe community

5. Advertising

• The App is free-to-play and is supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob
• You may see banner ads, interstitial ads (full-screen between game rounds), and rewarded video ads (opt-in for in-game benefits)
• Ad frequency is controlled to maintain a positive user experience:
  • Interstitial ads have a minimum 2-minute cooldown between displays
  • A maximum of 5 interstitial ads per session
  • Rewarded ads are always optional and user-initiated
• You may earn temporary ad-free periods (30 minutes) by watching a rewarded video ad
• By using the App, you consent to the display of advertisements as described

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, code, graphics, sounds, and gameplay mechanics in the App are the property of OHIN Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws
• The truth and dare questions provided within the App are curated by OHIN Studio
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent

7. Online Multiplayer & Game Rooms

• Online game rooms are temporary and exist only for the duration of the game session
• Room codes are randomly generated and are not persistent
• We do not guarantee 100% server uptime — the online service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to technical issues
• The room admin has the ability to kick players and modify game settings
• We reserve the right to shut down game rooms that violate these Terms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OHIN Studio shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of data, goodwill, or profits
• Any damages arising from your interactions with other users
• Any content generated or transmitted by users through the chat feature
• Any interruption or cessation of the online multiplayer service

10. User-Generated Content

• Chat messages sent by users constitute user-generated content
• We do not pre-screen messages before they are sent. However, we provide reporting and blocking tools and may take action against users who violate these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your messages
• We provide reporting and blocking tools for users to flag inappropriate content
• We reserve the right to remove users from rooms based on reports of policy violations

11. Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device
• We may restrict or terminate your access to online features if you violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Significant changes may be communicated through the App
• Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
