Privacy Policy

OHIN Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Truth or Dare for Couples & Friends mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information

• Player nicknames: Displayed to other players in the same game room during multiplayer sessions
• Chat messages: Relayed to other players in the same game room in real-time
• Game settings: To remember your sound, vibration, and theme preferences locally on your device
• Advertising data (via AdMob): To serve ads and sustain the free-to-play model of the App

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

3.1 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process:

• Android Advertising ID
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data

This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps.

3.2 Multiplayer Game Server

When you use online multiplayer mode, your chosen display name and chat messages are transmitted to our game server via encrypted WebSocket connections (WSS/TLS). This data:

• Exists only in server memory (RAM) during the active game session
• Is never written to a database, file, or persistent storage
• Is permanently and automatically deleted when the game room closes or all players disconnect
• Is shared only with other players in the same game room
• Users must not post abusive, hateful, illegal, or sexually explicit content involving minors. We reserve the right to terminate game sessions or restrict access in case of misuse.

3.3 No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties. We do not share data with data brokers or analytics companies beyond the AdMob integration described above.

4. Data Retention

5. Data Security

• All network communication uses encrypted connections (HTTPS / WSS with TLS)
• Game data is stored only in volatile server memory — a server restart permanently erases all data
• We do not maintain user accounts or permanent user profiles.
• Local device preferences are stored using the platform's secure local storage mechanism

6. Children's Privacy

The App contains content categories (such as "Spicy") that may include mature themes suitable for users aged 13 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or that you have obtained parental/guardian consent.

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App, please contact us at ammoru42@gmail.com.

7. Your Rights & Choices

• Opt out of personalized ads: Go to your device's Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization." The App also requests non-personalized ads by default.
• Reset Advertising ID: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → "Reset advertising ID"
• Delete local data: Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored preferences
• Data deletion request: Since we do not store persistent personal data, there is no user data to delete on our servers. Game session data is automatically and permanently erased when the session ends.
• Withdraw consent: You may stop using the App at any time

8. International Users

Our game server may be located outside your country of residence. By using the online multiplayer features, you consent to the transfer of your display name and chat messages to our server for the duration of the game session. As noted above, this data is ephemeral and never stored persistently.

9. Ad Consent & GDPR/CCPA

The Google Mobile Ads SDK handles consent management for users in regions where the GDPR (European Union), UK GDPR, or CCPA (California) applies. The SDK may display a consent form before serving personalized ads.

• If you are in the EU/EEA/UK: You will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown
• If you are in California: You have the right to opt out of the "sale" of personal information (we do not sell data, but AdMob may share identifiers for ad targeting)
• You can change your ad consent choices at any time through your device settings

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
